going back to my italian roots.


how did i never hear about this dish before meeting tyler? he introduced me to this dish about 6 months ago, but i was too dumb to document it. we made it again last week, and o.m.g...we added a garlic/onion glaze this time and it was delicious. it gave the chicken a surprisingly, yet perfect crunchy ending to the dish. i 100% recommend.

chicken saltimbocca with an onion/garlic glaze, italian seasoned potato bites, onion steamed asparagus.
