tuna lettuce wraps.

last month i was craving a tuna sandwich but we didn't have any bread. after searching through our fridge, i opted for lettuce leaves - which i should do the majority of the time any way.

hello, bikini season.

i chopped up some celery and carrots and threw them in the mix. i also replaced the mayo with plain greek yogurt which tasted surprisingly good! it was my first time using the healthy alternative and i'm now a fan. 

the meal was very filling and i didn't feel like a huge slob afterwards.

now i call that a success!

have you used greek yogurt as a substitute?
